Our History
Bridging Solutions, LLC Mediation and Legal Support Services was founded in 2025 by Holly Carbine Bridges, JD, following a 30-year career in education and a transition into the legal field. The firm was established with a clear purpose: to provide efficient, practical, and professional support to attorneys, courts, and individuals navigating the legal process.
The foundation of Bridging Solutions was built on the recognition that many legal matters—particularly in domestic relations and civil litigation—can benefit from a more structured, solution-oriented approach. Mediation offers an opportunity to resolve disputes in a way that reduces the time, cost, and stress often associated with prolonged litigation, while maintaining a professional and balanced process.
With a background in legal practice and specialized training in domestic relations mediation, including cases involving high-conflict dynamics and domestic violence considerations, Holly established Bridging Solutions to create an environment where parties can engage in productive discussions and work toward meaningful resolution. Her experience in education contributes to a strong foundation in communication, organization, and guiding individuals through complex and often sensitive situations.
In addition to mediation services, Bridging Solutions offers contracted legal support services for attorneys, including document drafting, legal research, case coordination, and trial preparation.
